An easy turkey meatloaf recipe adapted from NYT Cooking, but I put my own spin on the glaze by adding Pickapeppa sauce, lime juice & sriracha, served with a seasoned, sauteed vegetable medley (bell peppers, zucchini, squash, onions & cauliflower) and roasted butternut squash seasoned with herbs, salt & pepper
